Syntax: %bUMODE +|-<modes>%b

Sets usermodes <modes> for your nickname.  %O will
notify you (on the partyline) of various events if you
have the corresponding usermode set.

Alias: %bUSERMODE%b

Valid usermodes are as follows:

  %bb%b - display tcm bot related information
  %bc%b - display clone connections
  %bC%b - display client connections
  %bd%b - debugging usermode - combination of all
      other usermodes plus debugging information
  %be%b - display clone exits
  %bE%b - display client exits
  %bj%b - display channel joins
  %bk%b - display channel kicks
  %bl%b - display server links/delinks
  %bm%b - display channel mode changes
  %bn%b - display nickname changes
  %bo%b - display new operators
  %bO%b - display operator kills
  %bp%b - display channel parts
  %bs%b - notify you when someone executes a command on
      %O, %N, %C, or %T
  %bS%b - display server kills
  %bt%b - display channel topic changes
  %by%b - display various important services events

Examples:
         %bUMODE +ce%b
           Notify you whenever a clone connects or exits.

         %bUMODE +cs-b%b
           Notify you of clone connections and service nick
           commands, but no tcm information.
